Our Louisville location is one of Richards Electric’s newest ventures. Consisting of our 15,000 Sq Ft facility that is stocked with the materials that the customer needs to complete their work in a timely and cost effective manner. We offer three delivery vehicles to get the customer the material accurately, when, and where they want. This is what our warehouse and counter staff strives for on a daily basis. Going beyond what the customer asks for, exceeding their expectations and being first in service.

Inside Sales
Our Inside Sales department consists of people with multiple years experience in customer service, job take-offs. It is our goal to create lasting customer relationships by providing the highest level of service in the industry.

Outside Sales
Our Outside Sales team is comprised of some of Louisville’s best electrical and data communications sales people.. If it is Industrial products you are looking for our team has the right personnel, products, and technical knowledge to get the customer what they need when they need it. The Commercial and Residential markets are served by our sales team with the knowledge to do switchgear, lighting layouts, job take-offs, technical assistance, and product training that only comes from numerous years of industry training and experience.

Purchasing
Our Purchasing department is comprised of a knowledgeable staff that is willing to work with the manufacturers to ensure that the customer receives the products at the best price and availability that we can offer with some of our key product lines such as:
