How many delivery vehicles do you have and what is your delivery territory?

Cincinnati – Richards has 9 delivery vehicles in Cincinnati offering flexible delivery spanning a 20-mile radius outside of the 275 Loop.

Dayton – Richards has 2 delivery vehicles in Dayton offering flexible delivery North to Sidney, OH, South to Middletown, OH, East to Columbus, OH, and West to the Indiana border.

Louisville – Richards has 3 delivery vehicles in Louisville offering flexible delivery North to Seymour, IN, South to Elizabethtown, KY, East to Lexington, KY, and West to Southern Indiana.

Do you have counter and will call service at all locations?

Yes, Richards has will call service and active counters in Cincinnati, Dayton, and Louisville & Lexington.
Where can I get an application for credit?

Click Here or go to “Customer Service Center” and click on “Download Forms’” to download a pdf file of Richards credit applications. There are separate forms for Ohio and Kentucky. Once you have downloaded the correct form, you can then fax it to (513) 242 – 7339, attention: Eric Robinson.
How long does it take before I get a line of credit?

It all depends on how fast your credit references respond. You can always call Eric Robinson (513) 242–8800 to check the status of your application.
Can I pay for my purchases by credit card?

Richards Electric Supply accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Can Richards ship material via UPS or common carrier?

Yes. In addition to our delivery trucks we have the capability of shipping materials throughout the United States.

What is the lead time required for delivery orders?

All orders requiring delivery by Richards delivery vehicles received by 5:00 p.m., will be delivered the next day if product is available.
